Q: How can I get started with AntUnlimited?
We can get started on your project by clicking the "Booking" link at the top and filling out the form OR by sending a email to info@antunlimited.com.
Q: How do you communicate with clients during a project?
We will always keep you updated and communicate with you, every step of the way. We can update you via email or text. You can also find out more information about our design process by clicking the "Our Process" link.
Q: What is typically your turnaround for projects?
We take pride in providing our clients with high-quality graphics and premium services. All projects differ with the turnaround time depending on how complex the project may be however, you can expect to allow up to 2 to 5 business days on most projects. We also offer a quicker turnaround for a rush-fee of $40.00
Q: What is your refund policy?
We do NOT provide refunds for graphic design services for any reason. We will ALWAYS make sure and do our best to fit the needs of our clients and do everything within to make sure you are satisfied.
Q: Do you offer printing services?
Yes, we do....We offer premium printing services for T-shirts, business cards, stickers, stationary, and much more!
Q: How many revisions do you offer?
We offer 2 FREE revisions with every design project on the same day as design/product is delivered.
Any additional revisions requested 24 hours after the design delivery, will be charged a $25 fee per revision.
Any mistake caused by us, we will correct FREE of charge.
Q: What form of payments do you accept?
We use secure online payment systems. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and all major credit and debit cards. We also accept Zelle. Cash app or Paypal is NOT accepted.
Full payment is due BEFORE any services are rendered. No exceptions.
Q: Do you offer a consultation before services?
Yes, we offer a virtual consultation via email before any project is started. We ask that you respond in a timely manner. If you do not respond within 48 hours of payment, we will use the information on the form and complete the design with the information given.
Q: Can I request a service not listed on your website?
Please send an email to Info@antunlimited.com with a description of what type of service you're needing. If we do not provide it, we work with and have an array of resources, plugs and affiliates we can recommend.
Q: Are you able to provide me with professional photos and/or create content for my business?
Yes, aside from Graphic design we also specialize in brand photography and content creation. Whether you need updated headshots, product photos or you need content created for your social media - we are here to help!
